North Korean leader Kim Jong Un indicates he may be receptive to taking part in talks with the U.S.

North Korean delegates spoke to South Korean President Moon Jae-in during the closing ceremony of the Winter Olympics Sunday.

The delegation reportedly told South Korean officials an improved relationship on the peninsula should develop, as well as a better rapport between Pyongyang and Washington.

The White House responded saying any talks with North Korea must focus on the abandonment of its nuclear weapons program.
